Exploitation

Overview

We prohibit content or activities that sexually exploit individuals or facilitate or coordinate human exploitation, including human trafficking. This encompasses all forms of exploitation, involving both minors and adults, whether sexual or otherwise. Upon becoming aware of such exploitation or related activities, we will report them to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

UNPRESS allows victims of exploitation to share their experiences, but we will remove content that graphically depicts, threatens, or promotes sexual violence, assault, or exploitation. Additionally, we remove content displaying, advocating, or coordinating sexual acts with non-consenting parties to prevent facilitating non-consensual sexual acts.

To safeguard victims and survivors, we remove images portraying incidents of sexual violence and intimate images shared without the depicted person's consent. We may also remove content if law enforcement or security organizations provide information linking specific content to harmful activities.

Nudity of Minors

Occasionally, users may share content containing nudity involving minors. While the intentions may be benign, we may remove such content to prevent potential abuse and unauthorized reuse or appropriation.

In this policy, "minors" refers to children, toddlers, babies, or legal minors. As an internet platform without geographic boundaries, we generally define minors as individuals under the age of 18, though this may vary depending on the country and context.

What happens if you violate these standards?

Content that violates our guidelines may be labeled or removed, platform functionality may be limited, and in severe cases, accounts may be suspended. We may also report serious violations to the relevant authorities.
